How does Cloudworkz work?
Cloudworkz.com is a two-sided human capital and digital services subscription-based platform, facing business customers (buyers) on one side and fulfilment partners (solution providers) on the other. The platform and tools automate all the necessary tasks such as matching buyers to solution providers, diagnostics, building scope of works (SOWs), project monitoring, client communications etc. It is wrapped in a human customer centric layer.

Cloudworkz is a lean and agile organisation with an empowered workforce and a network of strategic partners whose teams integrate with ours. We are supported by a global, cloud-based remote infrastructure and are spread across multiple time zones; Cloudworkz is productive and accessible 24/7.
Is there proven demand?
Yes. To date, we have a compounded average monthly client acquisition growth rate of 57% with 100+ paying clients. We have proven there is a need for Cloudworkz. Just like Amazon, Deliveroo, Airbnb or Uber, Cloudworkz is not bringing new products to the market. Instead, we intend to be disruptive by introducing a new and improved way to access existing, in-demand products, consequently creating an innovative, efficient, streamlined and trustworthy service to deliver digital products and services to businesses. The market already exists but competitors and comparators (to the extent that they exist) are spread across different sectors. There is not another platform that provides Micro Businesses and SMEs with the same set of on-demand digital products and fully managed human capital and digital services.

Effective corporate governance is a key part of our organisation, by design. This begins and ends with the Board which is overwhelmingly composed of independent directors, fit for purpose.

What is the founders’ commitment to Cloudworkz?

The team behind Cloudworkz have worked together for 5-6 years, developing what has become Cloudworkz. It was trademarked in 2019 and is now at the ‘go to market’ stage. Tom King, the CEO, has funded the entire project up to this point and has been instrumental in bringing onboard employees, a network of partners, agencies and developers. Cloudworkz is completely debt-free.
